It is well-known, that the main objective of the trainings is formation of professional skill for cultural manager, i.e. skill required in the contemporary situation, when centralized management methods are replaced by planning-program forms of activity (including administrating, budget, professional competence of managers of different institutions, power bodies and authors of public cultural initiatives). In given case, trainers will acquire professional skill dealt with the Intercultural dialogue and development of European network of cultures.
Unfortunately, the outdated models of culture management still function within the strategic directions of culture in Ukraine. Therefore it is necessary to adapt the existing models for the conditions of our country and let Ukrainian cultural management to enter world and European cultural space. Undoubtedly, the experience exchange between individuals involved in the culture management activities in Ukraine and other European countries is very important now. With this purpose we have invited cultural managers from different countries as participants of trainings-workshop organized by CACM.
The following topics will be discussed: cultural policy at local, regional, national and International levels; public relations, project management. Some aspects concerning integration of Ukrainian cultural management in the world and European cultural space will be considered as well. It is supposed that participants will pay special attention to the theoretical and practical achievements in the field of cultural management.
