On October 14, 2005 lecturer from Switzerland Lidiya Rufer www.pro-logos.ch (www.interactive-lighthouse.de) arrived to Odessa in order to hold on the two day intensive workshop training of the lecturers/trainers at the CACM. Workshop has place in the Worldwide Club of Odessities on October 15-16. Trainers as well as staff workers of the CACM participated in given workshop. Program covered the following topics: "How adults learn", "How to chair a discussion", "How to explain", "How to moderate" and others. All participants have got the Certificates issued by the Study Centre for Arts Management at the Basel University /Studienzentrum Kulturmanagement der Universitat Basel (Basel, Switzerland).

All participants confirmed that given workshop was interesting and it was realized in due time. Odessa trainers and lecturers have got training methodology applied by their colleagues from West European countries. Participants shared their experience and have got methodological materials that they will apply in training of cultural management. Some of methods are applied by Ukrainian lecturers, but lectures entitled "How adults learn" and "How to moderate" expanded their knowledge in the special field of art-management training. The level of knowledge and qualification of the CACM trainers has got high evaluation from L.Rufer. Thus it was certified that lecturers/trainers are ready to to apply advanced methodology and technologies developed by their Ukrainian and foreign colleagues. It is understandable that methodology will be emproved and adapted to training terms of Ukraine.
